To simplify the gifting process, we’re using ShulCloud. If you prefer not to use ShulCloud, you may still send cash in with your child to school. 

• Please write PTO on the envelope and indicate your child’s class and the teachers’ names.
• Please only gift in increments of $5. 

Suggested holiday gift amounts per enrolled child:

• $25 per Lead Teacher

• $20 per Assistant Teacher

• $15 per Early/late care staff 

Please know you may give any amount you are comfortable with, the above are suggestions.

To use ShulCloud:

• A list of all classrooms and teachers will be listed for your reference

• The suggested amounts have already been added in.  

• You may gift to a lead teacher, assistant teacher, early/late care staff, and any additional staff you may want to gift to.

• There will not be a drop down for your child’s teacher by name, but rather their position.  Please gift to that position and add in the notes section your child’s name, class and teachers’ names, this will ensure the money will be distributed accurately.

If you prefer to give a different amount, you’ll be able to do so by choosing ‘pick your own amount’. Please read the next few steps in order to gift your own amount. 

• ShulCloud is set up for gifts in $5 increments.  

• Use the drop down next to the position and corresponding amount to choose how many of that amount, you would like to gift

Example – Family X has a child in the 3s and in the infant room. They would like to give each lead teacher $25 and each assistant teacher $20. They would also like to give $40 combined for early/late care staff.

Once in ShulCloud they select 

2, lead teachers $25 each

4, assistant teachers $20 each

8 early/late care staff pick your own amount $5 each. (8 x $5 = $40)

In the notes section they add their children’s names, class, and teachers’ names

ShulCloud will calculate the total amount so you can simply checkout.
