A dramatic story about Ethiopian Jews seeking Aliyah to Israel that resonates with today’s headlines in Israel and around the world. 

Featuring a special presentation by Maly Jackson who will recount her arduous journey to escape political and religious strife walking from Ethiopia through the Sudan and finally airlifted to Israel on Israeli Airforce “Wings of Eagles”.

This event for the Temple Sinai Cultural Series is being held in conjunction with the Philadelphia Jewish Film Festival.
